Composable (dimensional) transforms

TransformVariables.jl PR #128 added a feature which waited 2 years to be implemented, and made it possible to use Unitful.jl with TransformVariables.jl.
Further PR #163 allowed transforms to generate composite types from tuples or NamedTuples, which is useful for nested parameter structs (as used in LyoPronto.jl).
